AleXa is no stranger to competition shows. Previously, she competed on Rising Legends in 2016 and Produce 48 in 2018 before making her solo debut with Bomb in 2019.

Now, she is absolutely killing it in NBC‘s American Song Contest, hosted by Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg.

This new show is essentially America’s take on Eurovision Song Contest. In this singing competition show, 56 artists represent 50 states, five territories, and the country’s capital perform dazzling renditions of original songs. So, AleXa represents her home state of Oklahoma and, of course, K-Pop!

American Song Contest premiered on March 21, and AleXa stunned viewers by debuting her new song “Wonderland.” She put on a magnificent show with glorious costumes, crazy choreography, and vocals to match.

Naturally, votes flooded in for her, and she advanced to the semi-finals.

Yet, to advance to the finals of American Song Contest, she would need to wow audiences again with an upgraded performance, and that she did!

AleXa gave us an entire Cirque du Soleil show with unbelievably high-intensity choreography.

After a week of voting and anticipation, it was finally announced on Monday’s episode that AleXa advanced to the finals of American Song Contest!

Following the news, AleXa shared a message of gratitude for all her fans on social media.

She couldn’t help but get emotional.
