We are writing to let you know our exclusive contracts with actors Seo Kang Joon, Gong Myung, Kang Tae Oh, Lee Tae Hwan, and Yoo Il ended on March 31.

Before the contracts ended, we carefully discussed with each of the five actors and we have decided to respect each other’s opinions, and we will be cheering them as they go on their new journeys.

We would like to thank the fans for loving Seo Kang Joon, Gong Myung, Kang Tae Oh, Lee Tae Hwan, and Yoo Il all this time. Please continue to show your love and support for the five actors in the future.

Previously, it was revealed earlier in March that Gong Myung was going to be leaving Fantagio and join Saram Entertainment, while the other 4 members of 5urprise would be joining a new agency with some of the Fantagio staff members they worked with for along time.

5urprise debuted in 2013 as Korea’s first ever actor-idol group, and their last song release was in 2016, with their Japanese single album Shake It Up.
