GOT7’s Jay B Becomes The First Soloist To Debut On Billboard’s R&B Digital Song Sales Chart

Congrats, Jay B!

GOT7‘s Jay B just debuted on two different Billboard charts for the week of May 29, out of which one is a first for Korean solo artists!

Jay B’s solo debut track, “Switch It Up” featuring rapper sokodomo, was released earlier this month and has already seen great success: the song peaked on iTunes at first place in numerous countries, with the music video–an official live clip–hitting a million views in less than 14 hours.

Now it has earned him yet another achievement!

The song marked his solo debut on Billboard charts, making it to 18th place on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart and 6th on the R&B Digital Song Sales chart.

He is the first Korean solo artist to debut on the R&B Digital Song Sales chart, and the third one to make it on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart!
