Kim Woo Bin And Shin Min Ah Are Couple Goals After Donating 100 Million Won Each To Fight Coronavirus

They want to help those fighting the virus.

Celebrity couple Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah have donated a large sum of money to the prevention of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Seoul Social Welfare Fundraiser revealed that they both donated 100 million won (~$83,000 USD) each to centers fighting the spread of the virus as well as caring for the vulnerable population. The organization explained that those who aren’t financially well off are having difficulties purchasing the bare necessities to protect themselves from the virus due to the increase in demand for the limited supply. The organization will use their donation to purchase face masks and hand sanitizers.

Shin Min Ah’s agency spoke up on behalf of the two celebrities.

Kim Woo Bin recently heard the unfortunate news that people who live in social welfare facilities are vulnerable to the coronavirus outbreak. He asked that his donation be used to help those who need financial assistance in obtaining necessary help in preventing the illness from spreading.

Shin Min Ah wanted to help the medical responders who are working to fight against the coronavirus, as well as those who are vulnerable to the illness. She donated 100 million won to help those in need.
