Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon Reportedly Purchased a $5 Million Building in Hannam-Dong

The queen of real estate has been keeping busy.

According to Money Today, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon recently bought a $5 million building in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

The building is called GRAMERCY, and it is composed of 4 stories not including the basement.

The building, which is located in between Itaewon Station and Hangangjin Station, was completed back in 1998 and was remodeled in 2016 to become what it is today.

Money Today predicts that Lee Hyori bought the building on her own, but put the building under both her and her husband’s names in order to reduce the taxes to be paid.

It’s been reported that Lee Hyori possesses 69% of the shares while Lee Sang Soon possesses 31%.

Ahead of this purchase, Lee Hyori reportedly sold an apartment building for $1.8 million, and in the last 3 years, she is estimated to have sold $6 million worth in real estate.

She also recently sold her famous Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast house to the broadcast station for $1.2 million.

And in March of last year, Lee Hyori also sold a house that she owned in Gangnam for nearly 10 years to a corporate body for $3.3 million.
