Park Myung Soo Criticizes JYJ’s Jaejoong for His April Fools Joke

The topic of lying came up on Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show.

On a recent broadcast of KBS’s Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show, a big data expert, Jeon Min Ki appeared as a guest, leading to a discussion regarding lying in general.

Jeon Min Ki shared that the 4th most common category for lies is relationships and that he had lied in a relationship as well.

I tell her I’m going to sleep early or that I’m sick, but I don’t actually go to bed early.

– Jeon Min Ki

When Jeon Min Ki asked Park Myung Soo if he ever lied to his wife, Park Myung Soo truthfully answered that there’s absolutely no room for that in their relationship.

In my case, I chased after her, so there’s no room for me to even lie. The truth doesn’t work sometimes either, so there’s no way lying will.

– Park Myung Soo

Park Myung Soo then referred to a recent event regarding JYJ Jaejoong‘s controversial April Fools joke and expressed his disapproval.

Yesterday, I saw that a celebrity lied and it got on all the news. No matter his excuse, I think it was wrong for him to do.

– Park Myung Soo

Ahead of his criticism, Jaejoong took to his social media to announce that he was diagnosed with COVID-19.

But when he later revealed it was just an April Fools joke, he was hit with much criticism for making a joke out of a virus that’s been affecting people negatively all around the world.
