Pre-Orders For BTS’s Comeback Album “MAP OF THE SOUL : 7” Have Reached FOUR Million

Pre-orders for BTS‘s comeback album MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 have reached more than four million, re-writing history once again.

According to Dreamers Company, the album distributor for BTS’s albums, pre-orders for MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 surpassed 4.02 million copies as of February 17. This is the largest number of pre-orders for any artist, both Korean and Foreign for Dreamers Company, and the most ever pre-orders for a BTS album.

The album recorded 3.42 million pre-orders after just one week of release, proving just how hyped their comeback will be. Big Hit Entertainment added to the hype after revealing the tracklist for the album, showing that the album will include 15 brand new songs, including a digital-only song featuring SIA of “Chandelier” fame.

BTS will be making their long-awaited comeback on February 21 and have lined up a series of promotions in the United States, including appearances with Jimmy Fallon and James Corden.
